Similar to a yoga class, Pilates uses exercises to lengthen and strengthen muscles of the entire body. Using your own body weight and strength, we will move our bodies to focus our attention to breath and core work to make every day activities possible. Class would be around 45-50 minutes. Use of small exercise balls, rings or straps may be used as well.
