Study Session: Rochester Police Accountability Board legislation starting from Section 18-5

Bring a bag lunch and come read through and discuss the passed Rochester City Council legislation creating the Rochester Police Accountability Board. (The PAB will be established if the electorate votes in favor of a referendum on the ballot for the Nov. 5, 2019 general election.)

The purpose of the study session is to read through the legislation, answer questions, and get people involved in the movement to pass the referendum this fall.

At this session we will explicitly start from Section 18-5 Powers and Duties. You can download the legislation at: http://rochester.indymedia.org/node/148019
